Boats almost done, colour change, final varnish and install the seat and its ready to go.
Rails, decks and thwarts shaped and installed with base coats of varnish done
Purpleheart and ash decks
White ash contrasts will with purpleheart
Felt skid plates in place
Black 2 part polyurethane paint
Nice gloss and super hard when cured
First coat, tape stays in place for next coat
Seat to go in next
Footbraces fitted next, for a VIP owner
Lots of clearance over rails with a 240cm paddle, narrowed midsection and higher seat
Next is final paint coat, final varish, install footbraces and hit the water!
